Joao Crus offers a free Jiu-Jitsu class for Women.

The philosophy of this class is based on natural movements that each woman can inherently perform. The introduction of these natural movements gives each participant tools to use in a variety of situations. These techniques help to unlock the paralysis common in many assault scenarios. Many women were raised in environments where contact sports were discouraged. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is a contact sport and requires getting used to contact. In order to survive an attack, women must become comfortable with this, in order not to panic in emergency situation.
